Fruit Sorbet Recipe - Fortijuce (Any Flavour)

Ingredients

1 (200ml) bottle Fortijuce - any flavour 100g puréed fruit (sieve puréed raspberries and strawberries)

Method / Preparation

1. Mix Fortijuce and puréed fruit together, then pour into a freezer-proof container. Cover and place in the freezer for eight hours.
2. Remove from freezer and leave at room temperature to soften slightly, then serve.

Chef’s Tip


Pour Fortijuce and puréed fruit into ice-lolly moulds and freeze overnight to make ice-pops.
