Tomato Soup (serves 2) – Ensure TwoCal Neutral

Ingredients:

• 1 pack Ensure_® TwoCal neutral (200ml)
• 1 can of condensed cream of tomato soup (295ml)
• Water (100ml)

Method:

• In a medium saucepan, add the tomato soup and water
• Heat the mixture, stirring occasionally (do not boil)
• Gradually add Ensure_® TwoCal and heat gently (do not boil)
• Transfer to a soup dish for serving

Serving suggestions:

• Garnish with chopped fresh basil
