Ingredients

  • 6-8 strawberries – fresh frozen or tinned
  • 1 medium scoop of strawberry or vanilla ice cream
  • 1 (200ml) bottle Strawberry Fortisip / Fortisip Multi Fibre or 1 (125ml) bottleFortisip Compact

Method / Preparation

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
  • Serve immediately with a straw.
