Pina Colada made – Fortisip Tropical

Ingredients

  • 150ml / 5fl oz chilled pineapple juice
  • 4 tbsp coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp white rum
  • 1 (200ml) bottle Tropical Fortisip – chilled
  • 1-2 slices fresh pineapple – to serve

Method / Preparation

  • Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and decorate with sliced pineapple. Add a straw and serve.
