Cheesy Mashed Potato Recipe

 

Ingredients

  • 350g potatoes or 2 large / 4 medium potatoes – peeled and halved 7g butter 60ml Neutral Fortisip 50g grated cheddar cheese Salt and pepper – to taste

Method / Preparation

  • Cook potatoes in boiling hot water until soft. Drain.
  • Mash finely with a potato masher.
  • Add butter, cheese and Fortisip, mix well, season then serve.
