Banana Honey Porridge – Fortisip / Fortisip Compact Vanilla
Ingredients
- 40g / 1½ oz porridge oats
- 75ml / 3fl oz whole milk
- 125ml Neutral or Vanilla Fortisip or 1 (125ml) bottle Fortisip Compact
To Serve
- 1-2 tbsp runny honey
- 1 small banana mashed to a purée with a fork
- 1-2 tsp sugar
Method / Preparation
- Place porridge oats and milk in a medium sized saucepan.
- Heat gently for 1 minute, stirring constantly to make a thick paste.
- Stir in the Fortisip, a little at a time to make a smooth porridge. Bring to simmering point and remove from heat immediately.
- Place porridge in a bowl, stir in honey and banana and top with a sprinkling of sugar.
