Porridge – Calshake Neutral
Ingredients
- 1 / 2 cup porridge oats
- 1 sachet Calshake Neutral
- 240ml whole milk
- Sugar (optional, adds and extra 20kcal)
- Mix Calshake with milk as per instructions
- In a medium size pan, bring the mixture to the boil then sprinkle in the porridge oats, slowly whisking with a balloon whisk
- Carry on whisking until the mixture returns to the boil, then reduce heat, cover the pan and cook gently for 10 mins
- Add sugar to taste before serving
